NCIC was established in 1934. After the reorganization of Chinese major industries Ncic has become a member of SINOPEC since 1998. NCMW is a subsidiary unit of NCIC and one of the important partners of China National Chemical Equipment Corporation. NCMW is evaluated by the Government as one of the major enterprises of China's mechanical industry, and granted the right to export its products directly to the overseas market. Now, NCMW becomes a major home - made manufacturing equipment base for large chemical fertilizer, chemical, petrochemical, and chemical fiber plants.

   Nowadays NCMW has more than 3200 staff members, among them 450 are engineers and technicians, 250 are marketing and management personnel.

   NCMW covers an area of 470,000m2 including 170,000m2 of office and workshop buildings. NCMW possesses more than 1000 large - size and precise facilities and machine tools. It is capable of manufacturing pressure vessels, compressors, pimps, and performing casting, forging, hot - forming operation. Its annual output is approximately 15,000 tons.
