NCMW covers and area of 470,000m2,including
170,000 m2 of office and workshop buildings.NCMW possesses more
than 1,000 machine tools and facilities in different types. The
workshops,in NCMW,are rationally and normatively arranged with
satisfactory facilities and equipment.Now,NCMW has more than
1,300 staff members,among them,around 300 person are engineers
and management staff.
The maior and specific products of NCMW are:
1.Eauipment for petrochemical and refinery plants:
Hydro-cracking reactors,hydro-treating reactors,HP spearators,
pressure vessels for constant de-pressurized unit,pressure vessels
for coking & reforming unit ,and the main pressure equipment for
polythylene plant and polypropyene plant;
2.Equipment for chemical fiber plant:
Can provide the complete set of the key equipment for polyester plants
with capacities from 60,000 to 300,000 t/a;
Can provide the complete set of the key equipment for PTA plants with
capacities from 225,000 to 1,000,000 t/a:
3.Equipment for chemical fertilizer plants(urea plant & ammonia plant):
Urea reactor,CO2 Stripper,HP carbamate condenser,and HP scrubber for
urea plant,ammonia converter with internals,quench gasifier,HT/lt shift
converters;
4.The major equipment for coking & chemical plant,methanol plant,sulphuric
recovery plant,sulphuric acid plant,fine chemical plant and all kinds of
chemical plants.
