| To
fabricate expensive stainless steel and non-ferrous metal equipments,
NCMW build up a standard clean workshop in |
| 2003.
ItĄ¯s total area is 4000ŠO. To keep the workshop form pollution
of dirt, ferric icon, wind and keep temperature and |
| humidity,
windows around workshop are never opened and only ventilator
be installed. The floor is paved with terrazzo |
| and
also rubber and stainless steel was paved in the working zone
to fabricate and pile up half finished products. The |
| upper
roller of rolling machine is covered with polyurethane. The
devices used to remove smoke and dust are equipped on |
| every
welding machine. All fixtures, clamps and hooks are made of
nonferrous material.
The gate is opened only when |
| large
equipments delivered. |
| In
this workshop, we have successfully fabricated many pressure
vessels made of Hastealloy B-3, Titanium, |
| Cupronickel,
Dual phase steel, Crystallizer and Ureal class stainless steel
internal cylinder. |
