and development of new product |
|
NCMW has an engineering section,
which holds the ASME certificates of authorization for design
of pressure vessels (U, U2) and power boilers (S), and holds
the licenses for design of category 1,2,3 pressure vessels
and class B waste heat boilers issued by the Labor Ministry,
China, The engineering section is in charge of design and
development of the new products and technology. It can adopt
the advanced international codes and standards, such as ASME,TEMA,JIS,AD
,APT etc. to meet the needs of operation in large chemical
fertilizer, chemical,

The design department in NCMW, is majored in
the design for
all kinds of high pressure, middle and
low pressure vessels,
heat exchangers, tanks, columns and
all kinds of high temperature
and high pressure reactors waste heat
boilers, centrifugal compressors
etc. and in new material application and new fabrication process
development for chemical fertilizer, petrochemical, chemical
fiber, fine
chemical, plants.
There are over 50 persons in design department, including 40
technicians,
10 senior engineers, 25 designers for pressure vessels, 9 persons
qualified
for design approval and reviews, who have rich experience in
chemical
and industrial equipment design and fabrication. NCMW is the
first one
acquired ASME Certificates of Authorization and Stamps ¡°U¡±,
¡°U2¡± & ¡°S¡±.
-In addition, NCMW obtains the license issued by the Government
for
design and manufacture of category 1, 2, 3 pressure vessels
and class B
waste heat boilers. There is the separate workstation of computer
assistant
design and fabrication (CAD/CAM) in the design department, which
is also
equipped with some modern equipment, such as Oce¡¯s Printer/Scanner
and CGO-6A DIAZO Printer. Furthermore, NCMW has the strong ability
in the
design according to the following
international codes and standards
ASME, TEMA, JIS, AD, STOOMWEZEN,
API etc.
